Shipping:

We do our utmost to deliver your order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed on working days before 13:00 will be sent the same day. However, we are not always able to meet this deadline, sometimes products are not in stock and then the delivery of your order may take a little longer. An indication of the delivery time can be found on the product page. If for whatever reason we are unable to meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

Delivery is via the parcel delivery service of PostNL/GLS. In general, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.

Returns:

It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or perhaps there is another reason why you would not want the order after all. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs amount to approximately 7.25 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging will be returned to the entrepreneur. To make use of this right, you can contact us via info@essingperformancecenter.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. Therefore, treat the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.
